Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum — singles welcome. Every order has a one-time embroidery setup, so the per-piece price drops as quantity goes up (7% off at 24, 10% at 48, 15% at 100+).
What artwork should I send?
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) are best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works too — the studio flags files that are too small for the size you chose.
Embroidery or printing?
Embroidery is raised thread that lasts the life of the garment — ideal for hats, chest logos and premium pieces. Printing suits large graphics, fine detail and photo-style art.
Will the colors look exactly like the mockup?
Photographed colors are shown as-is; other shades are digital previews. We confirm the exact blank, thread colors and placement on your proof before anything is made.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on quantity and stock. Add your “needed by” date and we'll confirm the schedule with your proof — tell us if it's a rush.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Choose “I'll provide them” in the order step and we'll price decoration only.
Do you do names and numbers for teams?
Yes — add one line per piece in “Names & numbers” and we'll include personalization on your proof.
What happens to my artwork and info?
We use your files and contact details only to quote, proof and produce your order, and to reach you about it. We never sell or share them, and we never reuse your artwork. DM us any time to have them deleted.
Pickup or shipping?
Pick up locally in Sacramento or ship. US orders up to 12 pieces show a flat shipping rate; larger and international orders get a carrier quote.
